Longcore Cattle is proud to offer 85/15 lean ground beef at the farm at all times. Whole, half, and quarter orders are filled as our cattle are finished out throughout the year.
Ground Beef
Ground beef is always available at the farm! Just tell us when is most convenient for you to stop by, we can make just about any time work. Ground beef comes frozen in 1-pound tube packaging and costs $4.00 per pound or $3.75 for orders of 25 pounds or more. Safe to store in a freezer for at least a year!
